About The Position

Monomi Park, headquartered in San Mateo, CA, are the creators of Slime Rancher and Slime Rancher 2, both critical and commercial successes with over 17 million players worldwide. Monomi Park is committed to creating inclusive and innovative gaming experiences that defy expectations. We are small but mighty with 40+ team members scattered across the US (with some international team members). This role is ideal for a hands-on Unreal designer who is comfortable implementing and prototyping gameplay features directly in Blueprints and editor tools, enjoys working on a small, collaborative team, and takes ownership of gameplay and systems from prototype through polish. While the role is titled Senior Game Designer, we are open to experienced, strong mid-level designers ready to step up and grow into a senior role.
