As a Senior G&A Recruiter, you will play a critical role in scaling TRM’s business functions by leading full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other G&A teams. You’ll partner directly with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs, craft best-in-class candidate experiences, and deliver exceptional hires during a pivotal phase of growth. This role goes beyond filling roles — you’ll refine recruiting processes, shape how we evaluate and engage top talent, and help build the foundation for a high-performing, async-first, globally distributed team. Your impact will be felt not just in who we hire, but in how we scale our ability to attract and retain world-class talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring across G&A functions.
  • Proven success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of compliance-sensitive hiring and regulated functions.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of diverse requisitions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Structured communicator with a proactive mindset and comfort working async.
  • Skilled in delivering exceptional candidate experience across roles and levels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive full-cycle hiring for Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other G&A functions.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs and deliver against critical growth priorities.
  • Create candidate experiences that model best-in-class recruiting and reflect TRM’s culture and values at every touchpoint.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and market maps to find and engage high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and trusted hiring advisor, helping define what 'great' looks like for each G&A role.
  • Build proactive pipelines to ensure TRM can scale quickly in response to new priorities and increased capacity.
