About The Position

Join Aptiv's EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems) Segment as a Senior FX / Commodities Analyst, where you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating foreign exchange and commodity risks across our global operations. This role supports strategic decision-making through proactive risk analysis and the execution of effective hedging strategies.

Requirements

5-10+ years of relevant experience in FX or commodity risk management within a corporate treasury, financial institution, or trading environment.
Deep understanding of financial markets, hedging instruments, and enterprise risk management practices.
Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills; proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, SAP TRM, Kyriba, Reval, or similar platforms.
Proven ability to manage large, complex exposure datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Knowledge of hedge accounting, hedge documentation, and regulatory/reporting standards.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis and reporting of FX and commodity exposures to support enterprise-wide hedging strategies.
Track market conditions, economic indicators, and geopolitical developments that influence exposure levels and financial outcomes.
Support the execution and optimization of hedging programs using derivatives (forwards, swaps, options) in alignment with corporate policies and relevant accounting standards (ASC 815 / IFRS 9).
Collaborate with Treasury, Procurement, Finance, and business units to ensure accurate exposure data, effective forecasting, and robust risk management practices.
Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and scenario planning to support financial planning and risk-informed decisions.
