About The Position

The position involves collaborating with the Product/Platform Owner, Business Partners, and Product Team to deliver quality solutions based on user stories. The role supports user stories that focus on configuring package software or performing highly technical tasks for the agile team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience in configuration of software packages or application development.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban & other agile frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of continuous integration / continuous delivery practices.

• Strong technical knowledge in APIs or system integrations.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Exceptional documentation skills tailored for engineering audiences.
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and solutions to technical teams.

• Highly organized and proactive in managing tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to understand and propose solutions for configuring package software or custom software development.
• Provide highly specialized technical skills according to the specific needs of stories during each iteration.
• Ensure design and development standards are followed to minimize rework; promote only quality-tested code frequently.
• Act as a key stakeholder or backup for Product Owner in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to update progress and resolve impediments.
• Review required documentation to communicate information to deployment, maintenance, service, and business teams.
• Suggest solutions to drive down technical debt.
• Provide mentorship to junior FAs and BAs through Community of Practice and other informal forums.
• Supervise FAs in a team without senior developers or a tech lead.
• Lead functional analysis for the domain/software related to Mergers & Acquisitions & Foldouts.
• Lead functional analysis for domain/software RFP process.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) around product(s) function and work with Product Owner and Business Partners to refine requirements/functionality.
• Lead training of software package to key stakeholders as required.
