Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government background investigation in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal healthcare leadership environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative and operational activities.
  • Manage taskers, maintain updated records, and track action items.
  • Draft, edit, and track policy documentation, memoranda, and administrative instructions.
  • Support governance documentation aligned with federal standards.
  • Provide meeting support and executive briefing preparation.
