The Adoption team’s mission is to ensure that our members feel empowered, safe, and ready to begin their metabolic weight loss journey as soon as they are approved to use our service. We are focused on taking a digital first approach to onboarding that weaves in the human touch of the coaches we provide. In this role, success looks like having strong backend expertise, paired with an appreciation for frontend development and a collaborative approach to supporting colleagues across the stack. As a member of the Adoption team, you will have a hand in shaping how our members interact with AI products in a responsible and member first way. We’re excited to find someone who brings an AI-augmented mindset, using modern tools and techniques to enhance development workflows and spot opportunities to embed AI into products and processes where it adds value.
