Senior Fullstack Engineer

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering , ideally in a startup or growth-stage environment.
- Expertise in TypeScript , with proven experience across both frontend and backend.
- Strong skills in modern frontend frameworks ( React, Next.js ).
- Experience with RESTful APIs , web architecture , and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
- Solid foundation in databases and caching systems (MySQL, Redis, OpenSearch).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable and maintainable systems .
- Excellent communicator—comfortable discussing trade-offs, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring teammates.
- Self-starter with a bias toward action in fast-paced, remote-first teams.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with LLMs , AI-driven applications, or data-intensive systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices , CI/CD, and observability.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading within small, high-velocity teams.
- CS degree from a top university (or equivalent technical background).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, and other modern technologies.
- Work across the stack to develop high-performance, scalable, and resilient systems .
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver seamless user experiences .
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the engineering roadmap.
- Write well-tested, maintainable code and conduct peer reviews.
- Optimize performance and reliability across both frontend and backend services.
- Enhance infrastructure and improve deployment, monitoring, and observability.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering workflows and developer experience.
