You understand that a mature design system is the single most important lever to pull to unlock massive gains in productivity, improve user experience, and create a predictable, machine-readable environment where AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor can thrive. You will have the autonomy and resources to own our design system from the ground up. Your work will directly empower our product teams to build higher-quality features faster and will be the critical enabler for our strategy of leveraging AI to instantly translate design specs into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.
