About The Position

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced software engineering professional to support MFC Engineering & Technology (E&T) customers. The role involves designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software solutions while adhering to project constraints and industry standards. The position emphasizes collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful software lifecycle support and enhancements.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Moderate experience with Microsoft .NET full-stack software development.
• Working knowledge of web app development using C#, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and/or other structured RDBMS technologies.
• Knowledge of SSIS, RESTful API, or equivalent data exchange service protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Active Secret Clearance within 5 years of last investigation.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs/SDKs.
• Experience with medium to large-scale software development projects.
• Familiarity with GitLab or other Git-based version control systems.
• Experience working with military, government, and supplier-oriented projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug software solutions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security and backup and recovery requirements.
• Develop operational procedures and technical documentation for software support.
• Participate in team software design and assurance reviews.
• Provide status reports, metrics, and key milestones to team leads and management.
• Interact with personnel on complex technical matters requiring coordination and collaboration.
