About The Position
We are looking for a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Quantum team, driving the development of an event-driven platform for automation and data analysis. This role involves designing and maintaining backend and frontend systems, leveraging AWS services like SQS, Lambda, and DocumentDB, and infrastructure-as-code tools like AWS CDK. You'll work on backend services using Node.js and GraphQL and build frontend interfaces with React, TypeScript, and Chakra UI. As a senior engineer, you will lead architectural decisions, mentor team members, and ensure best practices across the stack. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, deep AWS expertise, and a proven ability to build scalable, reliable systems. Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with expertise in full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React preferred).
- Proficiency in server-side development with Node.js and GraphQL.
- Extensive experience with AWS services such as SQS, Lambda, and DocumentDB, and proficiency with AWS CDK or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and scalable cloud systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor engineers effectively.
