About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Growth in the United States. This role provides the opportunity to shape and scale critical systems that directly drive user growth, engagement, and retention. You will work on end-to-end initiatives including billing infrastructure, trial and onboarding flows, A/B experimentation, and analytics, impacting millions of users across multiple communities. Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams, you will deliver high-quality, data-driven features while ensuring scalability and seamless user experiences. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on complex web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, TypeScript, MySQL/PostgreSQL, CSS/SCSS, and TailwindCSS.
  • Solid experience in both frontend and backend development, capable of building end-to-end features independently.
  • Proven track record of shipping customer-facing or consumer-facing experiences and solving complex technical challenges.
  • Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working with product, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with growth-oriented engineering initiatives is a plus.
  • Familiarity with billing tools or payment infrastructure such as Stripe is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics systems and observability practices is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and ship full-stack solutions, balancing speed with code quality and maintainability.
  • Own projects from concept through development, rollout, and measurable results.
  • Partner with engineers, designers, and product teams to create seamless, high-quality member experiences.
  • Scale billing and subscription infrastructure to support both self-service and sales-led workflows.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to validate changes that drive acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and maintain analytics systems to provide actionable insights for community growth.
  • Implement event instrumentation and tracking to measure the impact of growth initiatives.
  • Maintain code quality standards, documentation, and observability best practices across projects.
