Join the Voice & Chat Automation / Contact Center Delivery group as a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack. This role is part of a major modernization initiative leveraging technologies such as Google Cloud, Dialogflow CX, AI, UJET, and NICE. You will lead the development of intelligent bots and full-stack platform components for the KeyBank Bot Squad. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural strategy and innovation.

  • Lead development and implementation of scalable web services, cloud functions, applications, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Align development efforts with architectural standards and contribute to platform strategy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, improve performance, and ensure software reliability.
  • Develop and maintain internal software tools and microservices in cloud environments.
  • Advocate for emerging technologies and process improvements across teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and promote coding standards and best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Minimum of 5 years in full-stack software development, including cloud-based platforms and microservices.
  • Typescript / Node.js web services (REST)
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes
  • DevOps practices, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

  • This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000.00 - $146,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
