We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join a dynamic and fast-paced technology team in either Dunwoody, GA or Lafayette, LA. This role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting complex, high-impact applications that drive key business operations. You'll work across the full stack-developing scalable backend services, intuitive front-end interfaces, and containerized cloud solutions that support enterprise systems. As a senior developer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and help modernize platforms through automation, CI/CD, and container orchestration. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, brings deep technical knowledge, and can balance hands-on coding with high-level problem-solving.

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, React, Node.js, and REST APIs.
  • Develop and optimize backend services and database integrations (SQL, GraphQL).
  • Build, test, and deploy scalable containerized solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS (EKS, S3, SQS, SNS, Beanstalk).
  • Write and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools.
  • Conduct unit, component, and performance testing using frameworks such as Jest, JMeter, Insomnia, SoapUI, and Postman.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver secure, high-performing solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support system improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 8-10 years of full stack development experience with a focus on backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful API development.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Cloud experience with AWS (EKS, S3, SQS, SNS preferred); open to Azure or GCP backgrounds.
  • Solid understanding of SQL databases, version control systems (GitHub/GitLab), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and performance testing tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
