  • Designs and develops full stack solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.
  • Performs technical planning, architecture development, and modification of specifications.
  • Develops specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings.
  • Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.
  • Demonstrates master hands-on capability to drive components to delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative development cycles.
  • Recommends and contributes to software engineering best practices, including those that have enterprise-wide impact.
  • Accountable for the quality, maintainability and security of the system.
  • Capable of leading regular, ongoing development projects.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards in full stack development.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and requirements, following best practices in software development.
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant full stack engineering experience, plus 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and related frameworks.
  • 3+ years' experience implementing technology solutions using AWS cloud technologies.
  • 3+ years' experience developing web applications with React.js and using state management libraries.
  • 3+ years' experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Expertise in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting full stack technology solutions.
  • Knowledge in testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Experience working with existing data models and schemas, with the ability to suggest changes and improvements.
  • Previous experience in financial services.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
  • Experience with user authentication systems and protocols.
