Senior Full Stack Engineer
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience building modern web applications, ideally utilizing Laravel and a front-end framework such as Vue.js or React. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work closely with a cross-functional product team to build secure, performant, and intuitive features across the Rimsys platform. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make an outsized impact. You will: Build and scale features across our Laravel- and Vue-based platform, contributing to both the front-end and back-end Influence architecture and make high-leverage technical decisions that drive scalability and performance Contribute to platform evolution, including API-first development, multi-tenant infrastructure, and integrations with systems like PLM, ERP, and regulatory databases Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles Drive engineering excellence, applying best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment Mentor junior engineers and help cultivate a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building modern web applications, ideally using Laravel and a front-end framework like Vue.js or React
- Strong command of RESTful API design, relational databases, and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, etc.)
- Experience delivering complex features end-to-end in a SaaS environment
- A bias toward action—you move quickly, make informed decisions with incomplete information, and adjust course when needed

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally with Laravel and Vue.js or React
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, relational databases, and modern DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, containers)
- Experience working in a SaaS environment with complex business logic and secure, multi-tenant infrastructure
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with compliance-driven industries or regulatory software is a plus
- Experience with tools like Confluent, Redpanda, Snowflake, or Prefect
- Interest or experience in AI-assisted development, developer portals, or workflow automation
