To keep pace, we need a hands-on Full Stack Engineer who loves building scalable systems, shipping high-quality product, and solving complex technical challenges that directly impact customers. You’ll work across the full stack — from architecting backend services to building intuitive front-end experiences — and collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to bring ideas to life. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and thrives in the energy of a high-growth startup.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience shipping production SaaS applications.
• Are comfortable working across the stack — front-end, back-end, APIs, and cloud.
• Take pride in building reliable, scalable systems and feel ownership over what you ship.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where you move quickly, collaborate tightly, and embrace iteration.
• Communicate clearly with engineers, product, and cross-functional partners.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with workforce management, contact center technology, or AI-driven platforms.
• Built products for operational teams or workflow-heavy environments.
• Worked in a high-growth or early-stage startup (<100 employees).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features across the full stack with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help evolve the platform as we scale.
• Write clean, maintainable code with thoughtful test coverage and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Break down complex problems into clear scopes and deliver iteratively.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and help raise the bar for engineering quality.
• Work with modern, cloud-native infrastructure and help strengthen our platform foundation as we grow.
• Contribute to improving developer tooling, deployment workflows, and system observability.
• Understand how customers use the platform and build with usability, clarity, and automation in mind.
• Help monitor product performance and address issues before they impact users.
