Senior Full Stack Engineer

Ever rented an apartment? RentEngine makes it faster, easier, and cheaper. Hundreds of leasing teams in 40 states rely on RentEngine every day. We launched in 2025 and are growing by 20%/month with a lean team of 10. We ship new features daily and announce weekly ( rentengine.io/blog ) Now we're hiring to build even faster. This is a high-growth, high-ownership startup. Everybody is an individual contributor, there are no middle managers or bureaucracy. What we’re looking for Full-stack engineer with 5+ years of experience. Enjoys front-end work and is an expert with React, but still dangerous in backend. Balances the perfect solution with what works well enough but can deploy today Thrives in environments with ambiguity and experimentation What you can expect / What you will do Ship A- product at A+ timeline. Know how to come back and turn the A- product into an A+ product High ownership, accountability & drive: Understand the product requirements, come up with fitting solutions, and test your own code to make sure it solves the problem Define and own solutions to large and complex systems, from the database to the UI Build products for the ops team & directly for our customers and users Our Stack Serverless NextJS (hosted on Vercel) React Postgres / Supabase AWS Datadog monitoring Location / Timezone Fully remote All of our work happens in American timezones Compensation $150-$180k base salary 0.2-0.3% equity Employer-sponsored health insurance Unlimited PTO (we work very hard, but unplugged time-off is just as important)

- Full-stack engineer with 5+ years of experience.
