We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to play a hands-on role in designing, developing, and delivering high-impact web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build robust software solutions and lead the implementation of QA automation frameworks-ensuring quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle. Fidelity Institutional Technology (FIT) is the engine behind Fidelity's Institutional business units, delivering the infrastructure and products that empower our partners to thrive in their markets. Within FIT, the Managed & Advisory Solutions team-part of the broader FI Wealth Management Domain-focuses on developing and supporting products that enable managed product distribution both on and off platform. As a key member of this fast-paced team, you will contribute to the development of robust applications that support the evolving needs of our Managed & Advisory Solutions group.

  • 6+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions across multiple technology platforms, programming languages, and QA automation frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in building QA automation suites using tools and frameworks such as Serenity Cucumber, Playwright, or Karate.
  • Strong full stack development experience in Java and Angular environments.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, UI development, infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
  • Expert knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in client-side technologies including Angular/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong backend development experience using Java, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, Kafka, and modern web application technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including deployment and architecture best practices.
  • Proven experience designing and working with microservices architectures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
