About The Position
The Voice & Video team at Fidelity is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic streaming video squad. This role involves working on our internal corporate streaming video platform, which is akin to YouTube, as well as integrating live cable television and Zoom for meetings and webinars. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with developers across four squads within the Voice & Video team to enhance and build our product and services portfolio. Our mission is to provide reliable and secure Voice & Video solutions that are crucial for Fidelity associates' productivity, enabling them to focus on delivering the best customer experience in the industry. In this position, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of Fidelity's internal streaming video platform and other applications that integrate with Zoom and other platforms through APIs. You will play a key role in design aspects related to performance, scalability, resiliency, security, and high availability across various software projects. Your contributions will include creating and maintaining documentation, participating in all phases of the development process from conception to deployment, and supporting team members in developing solutions that enhance our services. The Voice & Video team is dedicated to improving ease of use by building our own solutions and integrating with top-tier industry cloud and hybrid vendors. We aim to reduce spending and eliminate overlapping technologies while consistently delivering excellent solutions that satisfy our customers. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn and implement new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
