Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development with modern web technologies.
• Expert-level Next.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Familiarity with AI SDKs, LLM integration, or autonomous agent development strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of scalable architecture, database design, and performance optimization for high-growth applications.
• Ability to work independently in high-speed environments where priorities shift quickly.
• Track record of building features that drive measurable business impact and user engagement.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Hono.js, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Mastra.ai.
• Experience with Inngest for background jobs.
• Experience with Vercel, Cloudflare deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop autonomous agents for cold email campaigns, sales development, call analysis, lead qualification, and more using Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI workflows.
• Build scalable systems including real-time dashboards, usage-based billing, CRM integrations, and workflow automation tools.
• Ship end-to-end features using our modern stack — from interactive data tables to complex AI agent orchestration systems.
• Create seamless connections with external platforms while maintaining SOC2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR compliance standards.
