About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong front-end focus to join our small, high-impact engineering team. You’ll help shape the user experience and architecture for our web applications while also building the backend systems that power them. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-scale challenges—analyzing ad quality, visualizing billions of data points, and designing intuitive interfaces that give customers actionable insights. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and shipping production-grade web applications.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and React, with experience architecting data-intensive, component-driven interfaces.
• Strong experience with Python for backend development.
• Skilled in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, browser performance, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset suited to fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the digital advertising ecosystem (SSP, DSP, ad servers, or OpenRTB/VAST standards) is highly desirable.
• Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Recharts).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices.
• Background in building or scaling ad tech or analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript.
• Design and extend backend systems and APIs in Python to support new features.
• Build client-side scripts and instrumentation that run billions of times daily, ensuring minimal performance impact.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn complex data into clear, powerful, and actionable user experiences.
• Set and uphold best practices for frontend architecture, state management, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Optimize applications across the full stack with a focus on front-end speed, Core Web Vitals, and data visualization performance.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions for scalable, highly available systems running in AWS.
