We have big plans ahead and are looking to expand our Engineering team to help us in building a better product for our customers. Weâre building tools for the full Physical AI data stack - from data acquisition, through ingestion and curation at scale to 3D rendering, annotation and verification. Youâll solve problems of large scale efficient data transfer and storage, complex domain modelling, applying the latest machine learning models and squeezing performance out of web browsers. You feel at home with challenging front-end work, such as rendering complex 3D scenes with thousands of objects while maintaining smooth frame rates. Youâll work with the biggest names in robotics and autonomous vehicles. Youâll understand the details of with visual, spatial and sensor data, making sense of reality. You will operate with high degrees of autonomy and be expected to craft at speed. We need performant, reliable and maintainable solutions to challenging problems - both technical and product. You'll join us at a crucial stage of accelerated development for the company, product and team. As part of a small, highly collaborative group, you'll be a key driver of progress on a core part of our product.

Requirements

Are experienced: You have seen a lot and built a lot. You have personally developed and maintained multiple systems from scratch and you know what trade offs are involved in building reliable, performant software at speed.

Are comfortable with uncertainty: You're happy to tackle problems without a predefined clear definition or obvious solution, and are excited to have autonomy to make decisions as you go.
