About The Position

This position is part of an exciting new technology startup operating within Trademasters. We are building a first-of-its-kind franchising platform for the trades industry — a groundbreaking solution designed to empower skilled tradespeople to transition from being individual contributors at HVAC or other trade companies to becoming owners of their own businesses. Our platform lowers the barrier to entrepreneurship by providing the tools, structure, and support that make business ownership accessible to those who have mastered their craft. We seek a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer with mobile application development experience to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying software solutions in collaboration with our in-house and subcontractor teams. You will also help establish and maintain structure and best practices within the development process. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience developing within an Agile product development environment.
  • Must have proficiency in mobile development technologies, iOS, and Android
  • Must have proficiency in C# or C++
  • Must have proficiency in JavaScript
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently learn and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working within a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise software solutions.
  • Knowledge of full-stack development.
  • Back-end development expertise.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Exposure to product management or team leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze project requirements and design architecture for consumer-facing components.
  • Lead portions of the software development process and collaborate with team members to integrate and deploy solutions.
  • Contribute to and help guide technical decision-making processes.
  • Document and promote best practices within the internal development team.
