Join a fast-moving team rethinking healthcare from the ground up — backed by $100M+ in funding and led by proven operators who move fast, ship fast, and value results over red tape. We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a lean team of 2 full-stack engineers and 4 data engineers. You’ll work directly with the CPO and VP of Engineering, owning complex features end-to-end — from design to deployment — that power real-time patient engagement and AI-driven decisioning in healthcare.

  • Build and maintain scalable full-stack systems powering real-time healthcare workflows.
  • Write clean, tested code in JavaScript/TypeScript (React) and Ruby on Rails (or ramp up quickly if not already experienced).
  • Design backend services and APIs for operations, logistics, and clinical intelligence.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership.
  • Contribute to engineering standards, code reviews, and team velocity.
  • Own your work from concept → launch → iteration.
  • Experienced full-stack engineer (around 7+ years) with a track record of shipping production systems, or early-career engineer (2–3 years) with a CS degree (BS/MS) and a GitHub or portfolio showing strong side projects, technical curiosity, and hands-on learning with modern tools.
  • Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, with at least some professional Ruby on Rails or similar MVC experience.
  • Comfortable with full-stack server-side rendering (not just SPAs or JSON APIs).
  • Confident ramping up quickly on new languages or frameworks.
  • Demonstrated follow-through and ownership across projects.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Startup DNA — bias toward action, velocity, and iteration over perfection.
  • Excited by AI-native workflows and tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, LangChain, or N8N.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, or AI/ML integration.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines or analytics-heavy systems.
  • Hybrid setup strongly preferred: spend 1–2 days per week in the Beverly Hills office, collaborating directly with the C-Suite on high-impact projects.
  • Compensation: $190K–$200K base + performance bonus + equity.
  • High-ownership environment with direct input into product and architecture decisions.
  • Help modernize U.S. healthcare using technology that matters.
