Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Advanced JavaScript proficiency with React (TypeScript) experience.
• Expertise in at least one backend language (Ruby on Rails preferred, but Node and Python also acceptable if willing to learn).
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI components (or willingness to learn).
• Comfort integrating with and configuring LLMs and AI systems.
• Strong understanding of API design and integration patterns.
• Experience building Gen AI/LLM-based products is a significant advantage.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work in startup environments where flexibility and initiative are essential.
• Open-mindedness with using AI tools like Cursor and Cline for becoming a better programmer.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom solutions ranging from AI-powered workflows to full-stack applications.
• Translate client requirements into elegant technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Contribute to the internal ecosystem by developing tools for the marketing team and creating micro-applications on top of the AI stack.
• Engage in the entire development lifecycle from conceptualization and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.
