We’re looking for a Microsoft Full Stack Developer who thrives on solving complex problems and enjoys wearing many hats. You’ll work across all layers of our healthcare platform, helping to design and implement intelligent solutions that power both our internal systems and AI-driven patient communication tools. You will: Work as part of a dynamic team on the development of Keona’s premier flagship healthcare patient access platform. Design and develop scalable applications using .NET, C#, React, and Azure SQL Deliver across the entire development lifecycle Collaborate on AI-driven automation workflows, including natural language processing, classification, and recommendation features within our CRM and call automation platform Contribute to DevOps pipelines Support customer onboardings and troubleshoot issues across the product stack Participate in rotating support days, working with customer success and engineering teams to resolve support tickets and ensure a great experience for clients Communicate clearly with teammates, customer success staff, and clients to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions
