About The Position

Fixed Income Technology is looking for a full stack engineer to join the Fixed Income Investment Tools Development Common Team. As a member of our team, you will be working with our investment team and interact directly with portfolio managers, quant analysts, traders, and investment operations teams to build new and innovative tools that will support and improve our investment process. These tools are critically important to the work of the investment team in handling risk, adding return, and operating our business. You will be embedded with the investment team as a key technology partner supporting the investment process.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• Over four years of professional experience.
• Experience developing applications using Angular.
• Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud environment.
• Proven understanding of CI/CD & DevOps.
• Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Microsoft Suite of tools including Excel VBA and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using Angular as the primary frontend framework for UI.
• Work with Python, SQL, and Microsoft Suite of tools including Excel VBA and Power Platform.
• Collaborate closely with end users to understand and respond to business needs.
• Decompose sophisticated business problems into creative, efficient, and scalable solutions.
• Negotiate a balance between absolute best and efficient and practical solutions.
• Learn new technology, business workflows, concepts, and processes to contribute to the investment process.
