As a Senior Full Stack Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and integrating products that revolutionize electronic billing and payments. You'll work with a top-tier engineering team building green solutions that power healthcare EDI transactions.

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Design and implement robust full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular or React).
  • Develop and support EDI application integrations to convert data to/from X12 EDI, XML, JSON, and proprietary formats.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack systems, including both front-end and back-end components.
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and client services to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute as an individual developer while mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in software engineering.
  • Drive initiatives for test automation and CI/CD pipeline enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and implementation issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (HIPAA/PHI/PII).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Proficient in front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
  • Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including complex query writing.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), build tools (Maven, Gradle) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments, Git, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare transaction processing, X12 EDI, and clearinghouse operations.
  • Experience with ETL tools like StreamSets, Talend, or Airbyte.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and Shift Left practices (e.g., TDD).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
