The company is seeking a DevOps-driven developer with a passion for cybersecurity and automation, who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate with developers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts to design, build, and optimize mission-critical software solutions. This role is central to driving innovation in automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), analytics, and business intelligence (BI), delivering solutions that enhance operational capabilities. Beyond development, you will be instrumental in shaping internal development standards, influencing best practices, and actively identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve tooling, and elevate customer experiences.

Requirements

• Extensive DevOps Experience: Proficiency in CI/CD, cloud platforms, containerization, and automation tools (preferably in a cybersecurity environment)
• Proactive & Solution-Focused: Ability to analyze business challenges and deliver real, effective solutions
• Strong Programming Skills: A broad understanding of multiple languages and frameworks, with a track record of building scalable, extensible software
• Great Communicator & Influencer: Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building relationships, and driving positive change across the business
• Cybersecurity Mindset: A keen understanding of secure development practices and the ability to deliver platforms that support a full range of cybersecurity services
• 5+ years of DevOps experience in a Software Development or Platform Engineering role
• Strong focus on automation, scalability, and infrastructure management
• Expertise across a diverse tech stack
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks like AngularJS and React
• Experience with containerization (Docker)
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Comfortable navigating complex technical environments, delivering scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions
