Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 8+ years of experience in software development role
• 6+ years of experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies
• 6+ years of Java, Spring Boot experience
• 6+ years of experience with React JS and TestNG/JUNIT
• 3+ years of experience with cloud patterns
• 2+ years of experience with hybrid cloud integration patterns

Nice To Haves

• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kafka, Splunk, and DevOps practices
• Ability to design solutions across multiple digital channels with a focus on scalability and performance

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Recommend and implement innovations in digital and channel strategies
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security protocols and data standards
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making
