About The Position

Oracle NetSuite’s Sales Optimization Platform team is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer / Development Lead to architect, deliver, and champion innovative business applications. In this pivotal role, you will lead the full software development lifecycle across both front-end and back-end solutions, influence both application and system architecture, provide technical and strategic leadership, and mentor developers across the team. You will drive the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions, fostering best practices and innovation as you help solve complex, real-world business challenges. Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in full stack development using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS (SASS), and responsive web application development.
  • Deep expertise in React.js and related libraries (Redux, JSX) as well as strong experience with back-end development using modern frameworks (Node.js, Express.js, or similar).
  • Proven background in architecting distributed, secure, and accessible full stack systems for enterprise use.
  • Advanced knowledge of code versioning and CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, backend services, and relational database design.
  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud-based ERP or business applications (NetSuite expertise strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated history of technical leadership, mentoring, and driving team and project success.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and leading distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in the planning, design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable web applications for the Sales Optimization Platform.
  • Architect, implement, and deploy advanced features, enhancements, and integrations spanning front-end interfaces and back-end services/APIs (including NetSuite APIs and backend systems).
  • Drive platform standardization, enforce coding best practices, and set quality benchmarks for reusable, maintainable, and high-performance code across the stack.
  • Lead code reviews, provide architectural guidance, and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, backend engineering, and QA to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Lead business requirement analysis, system design sessions, and contribute to long-term technology strategy.
  • Oversee and innovate in testing, automation, and deployment strategies for both front-end and back-end components, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing protocols.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
