  • Quality-Driven Development: Advocate for testable, modular, and DRY code. Familiarity with unit testing and automated QA for frontend.
  • Team Collaboration: Track record of working cross-functionally with designers, PMs, and backend engineers in Agile settings (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Mentorship: Experience coaching or leading junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning.
  • Ownership Mentality: High level of accountability and pride in delivery, treating every site and feature as a product.
  • Familiarity with accessibility testing tools such as Axe or BrowserStack and a good understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

  • Windows/MacOS: In-depth knowledge of operating systems such as Windows or MacOS.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Web Development, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Spanish: C2 / English: B2+ reading, writing, and conversation
  • Experience deploying WordPress environments on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront) or similar cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines).
  • Knowledge of headless WordPress architectures and integration with frontend frameworks.
  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker) for local and staging environments.
