About The Position

Aurora hires talented people with diverse backgrounds who are ready to help build a transportation ecosystem that will make our roads safer, get crucial goods where they need to go, and make mobility more efficient and accessible for all. The Fleet Intelligence team is at the core of Aurora's mission to scale safe autonomous driving. We build systems that synthesize data from our entire ecosystem-from vehicles, operators, and external sources-to power real-time and offline data flows essential for fleet optimization, autonomy improvement, and commercial operations. In this role, you will: Lead the design and development of user-facing web applications that are essential for monitoring and managing Aurora's commercial fleet. Own major features from technical design to launch, serving as a key contributor and point of contact for complex projects. Translate vehicle, operational, and autonomy data into intuitive, actionable insights that drive operational excellence and bolster fleet safety. Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders in Autonomy and Operations to build impactful features that advance our self-driving technology. Drive the evolution of our frontend systems by identifying and advocating for necessary changes in architecture and technology. Mentor other engineers and contribute to a team culture of collaboration, feedback, and engineering excellence.
