Position Summary The Senior Frontend Engineer will play a key role in architecting and developing a high-performance, real-time trading platform that empowers traders through advanced copy trading tools, market depth analysis, and order management systems. This role requires deep expertise in React and TypeScript, with a focus on scalable front-end architecture, high-frequency data handling, and pixel-perfect UI execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional React development experience
- Advanced TypeScript expertise with deep understanding of type systems
- Experience building real-time applications using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE)
- Prior experience in fintech or trading platform environments
- Strong grasp of modern React patterns (hooks, context, custom hooks)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Radix UI or other headless component libraries
- Strong CSS/Tailwind design and implementation skills
- Experience with monorepo architecture (Nx, Turborepo, etc.)
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Recharts, D3.js)
- Experience integrating trading APIs or broker systems
- Familiarity with comprehensive testing (unit, integration, E2E)
- Performance optimization for high-frequency data environments
- Accessibility (a11y) best practices
Responsibilities
- Develop Real-Time Trading Features – Design and implement live copy trading systems, market depth panels, and real-time order flow visualizations.
- Architect Scalable Solutions – Build reusable, performant components within an Nx monorepo architecture.
- Ensure Code Quality – Maintain comprehensive test coverage (Vitest, Playwright), Storybook documentation, and participate in thorough peer reviews.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with backend engineers for API integration and designers for high-fidelity UI/UX implementation.
- Optimize Performance – Manage WebSocket data streams, ensuring smooth rendering of live market updates and minimal latency.
