The Customer Experience team is responsible for the main page of the web app, the main screen of the mobile app, navigation, and the overall information architecture that connects our services into clear, end-to-end user journeys. This team integrates the work of other product teams, requiring a strong understanding of how applications fit together and how people, processes, and data flow across the platform. You’ll collaborate closely with other teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences. We put people first.
