Requirements

• 7-10+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Product-minded with a track record of building and shipping successful products.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build a product from the ground up.
• Balance speed and quality, making smart tradeoffs in competing priorities.
• Enjoy mentoring and leveling up teammates.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product from early concepts to launch and beyond.
• Make architectural decisions and define the technical direction.
• Foster alignment across the team and mentor engineers toward goals.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
• Build core functionality in React + TypeScript, ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, raising the bar for technical excellence.
• Champion a product-focused approach, keeping user experience front and center.
