You will promote modern engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing, deployment, and observability. You will ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by adhering to UBS digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements. Additionally, you will drive observability and operational excellence, proactively monitoring production health, resolving incidents, and addressing root causes of risks and issues. Continuous upskilling and exploration of new technologies and practices will be essential, as well as reusing strategic platforms and standards to make sustainable, forward-looking engineering decisions. You will share your knowledge openly, contribute to hiring and onboarding, and help shape a collaborative, forward-thinking engineering culture.
