About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Frontend Engineer to build world-class annotation tools using React and TypeScript. You’ll create responsive, high-quality web interfaces that enable global annotators to work efficiently, while integrating AI capabilities to enhance productivity. This role is ideal for someone who values frontend craftsmanship, collaborates effectively with stakeholders, and delivers exceptional customer-facing applications.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) building and scaling production web applications in React and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with modern frontend build tools and styling frameworks (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules).
• Strong grasp of modern JavaScript/CSS practices.
• Ability to translate design specifications into pixel-accurate UI implementations.
• Make thoughtful, user-centered UI/UX decisions when specifications are incomplete.
• Proven experience working directly with product managers, designers, or end-users to gather requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building annotation, labeling, or complex data visualization tools.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into web applications through APIs and SDKs.
• Performance optimization expertise in data-heavy, real-time, or media-rich web applications.
• Experience developing or contributing to design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., claude code, vs code extensions, cursor, windsurf etc).
