About The Position

Stronghold Investment Management (“Stronghold,” “SIM,” or “the Firm”) is a technology-driven, vertically integrated investment manager focused on real-assets and related private markets. Stronghold seeks to deliver best-in-class risk-adjusted returns through an investment framework that features comparatively rapid transaction velocity, deep technical expertise, creative financial structuring, and objective and algorithmic decision making. Stronghold was founded by Ryan Turner in 2016 and has deployed over $1.6 billion in capital across 10+ investment vehicles. Ultimately, Stronghold intends to apply its technology-intensive investment approach to a variety of specialist real assets verticals, including: Oil & Gas Renewables Specialty Real Estate (commercial, datacenters, marinas) Telecommunications and Technology Infrastructure Billboards and Fixtures Mining & other commodities Utilities Secondaries Your Mission We’re building a modern, data-driven technology platform from the ground up and are looking for a Senior Front End Software Engineer who wants real ownership, real impact, and the chance to shape a product, not just tickets. This role is based in Dallas, TX, working alongside a small, driven team tackling complex problems with clean, scalable solutions. You’ll be hands-on building intuitive, high-performance interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, with meaningful influence over frontend architecture and user experience. Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or Real Assets (Oil & Gas, Real Estate, etc.) is a plus, but curiosity and execution matter more than domain pedigree.

Requirements

5+ years of serious frontend experience.
You've built modern, production-grade applications, not prototypes, and you have the instincts to prove it.
Deep fluency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
