Senior Front End Software Engineer

In this position... We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Architect / Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Focus) to help design and deliver modern, scalable digital experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 5+ years working in a Front End Software Development role
- 5+ years working with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS
Nice To Haves
- Experience working within Agentic AI or other AI tools
- Experience within a Full Stack Software Engineering capacity
Responsibilities
- You’ll work side-by-side with engineers, designers, and product owners to architect, build, validate, and release software iteratively—shipping meaningful improvements early and often.
- You’ll thrive in a Lean, Agile, and eXtreme Programming (XP) environment, bringing strong engineering practices (pairing/mobbing, TDD, CI/CD, continuous discovery and delivery) while mentoring teammates and elevating code quality, architecture, and delivery standards across the team.
- This is a “player/coach” role: strategic thinking, pragmatic architecture, and deep hands-on execution.
