You will lead the marketing website team, owning the roadmap and delivery of our public site and growth surfaces, partnering with Marketing, Design, and RevOps to turn ambiguous goals into measurable inbound impact. You’ll also build AI-powered internal products for Marketing and other business teams to automate workflows and unlock new capabilities. While your home base is the frontend, you’ll stretch into AI technologies and full stack development, ship end-to-end features, and keep our systems fast, reliable, and secure. You’ll mentor engineers, champion AI-first best practices, and provide steady leadership in a fast-moving environment, with the option to take on light people management as the team grows.

Requirements

7+ years building production web apps with expert-level frontend skills.
Deep knowledge with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and WordPress
Solid full-stack foundations: REST/GraphQL; Node or Elixir/Rails/Django; PostgreSQL;
Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms.
Fluency with AI-assisted development (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc)
Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills

Nice To Haves

Experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company.
Exposure to Kubernetes, Kafka, and GraphQL.
Familiarity with marketing/RevOps tooling (Salesforce, Marketo, etc).
