Dealpath is seeking a Senior Frontend/UI Engineer to lead the development of modern, high-performance user interfaces that power our AI-enabled deal management platform. In this role, you'll take ownership of our core UI architecture, contribute to an evolving design system, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation across browsers and devices. Working closely with product and design teams, you’ll shape intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces that elevate the user experience and scale with our enterprise SaaS platform.   • Own the implementation and evolution of core UI components, design tokens, and styling architecture
  • Lead frontend initiatives that raise the bar for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness
  • Partner with product and design to explore and validate UI patterns early in the product lifecycle
  • Ensure design fidelity and pixel-perfect delivery across browsers and devices
  • Mentor other frontend/UI developers on best practices in CSS architecture, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Contribute to and advocate for the expansion of our internal design system (e.g., with Figma, Storybook, or similar)
  • Participate in UI/UX audits and proactively identify opportunities to improve the user experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing modern user interfaces for web applications
  • Deep fluency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, Typescript, and React
  • Proven experience working with and/or maintaining design systems at scale
  • Strong command of cross-browser compatibility, mobile-first development, and responsive layout techniques
  • Proficiency in consuming AI inference APIs
  • Comfortable navigating design tools and translating designs into code with high fidelity
  • Passion for UI consistency, interaction patterns, and scalable component libraries
  • Experience with animation and interaction libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP)
  • Accessibility-minded: hands-on knowledge of ARIA, WCAG standards, and tooling like axe, Lighthouse
  • Familiarity with frontend performance tuning and render profiling tools
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or B2B platforms
  • Prior experience mentoring frontend/UI developers
