About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to play a key leadership role in scaling and maintaining our React-based platform. This position demands a high degree of ownership and will operate with minimal micromanagement. You will be responsible for setting the technical quality bar, establishing front-end best practices, and collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver a refined and high-quality user experience.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of dedicated, senior-level experience building and deploying React applications in production environments, ideally within a SaaS context.
• Exceptional command of modern JavaScript and React framework principles.
• Comfort and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup settings.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to connect complex technical dots without requiring explicit, step-by-step instructions.
• Hands-on experience writing automated tests for front-end applications.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for success in a remote, collaborative team structure.
• Practical experience working with API-driven application architectures.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
• Prior experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain front-end features using React
• Integrate the UI with well-documented, API-first backend services
• Implement user flows from detailed design prototypes
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other front-end developers
