About The Position

As a team member at Michaels, you will build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. You will help customers shop our store and find what they're looking for, all while providing a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. Your role will involve adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, executing company policies and standards, and embracing personal design by using Elevated ABC to deliver results.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes.
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
