About The Position
ERT is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for supporting the CFO, business unit and company leadership with corporate, BU and project-level financial planning, reporting, and management. The individual will report directly to the CFO, serve as an important liaison between finance & accounting, business unit and other operational teams, and have an influential voice in corporate strategy. This role will be highly visible to the rest of the organization and will play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights as well as M&A research, strategy formulation, due diligence and execution / integration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
