About The Position
RingCentral is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A supporting R&D) to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, this role will support world-class financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team collaborates closely with the CFO and aims to be strategic thought partners to the business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who works extensively with the R&D and business operations teams to budget operational and capital expenditures, author monthly BvAs to understand variances to forecast, and manage headcount and POs.
