Role Overview As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you are a key contributor to the financial planning and analysis functions within our organization, providing critical insights that guide strategic decisions. You are responsible for creating advanced financial models, analyzing complex financial data, and delivering detailed reports that influence the direction of our company. You collaborate with leadership and various departments to provide actionable financial insights and support key business initiatives. In this role, you leverage your analytical expertise to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize budgeting processes, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking or a related role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or similar tools, and financial modeling techniques
  • Experience with financial reporting, analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of sophisticated financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and enterprise-level financial consolidation
  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and support business cases for key initiatives
  • Serve as the primary FP&A business partner to our Fintech teams, including senior executives
  • Hold a key role in consolidating the annual plan and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Monitor financial performance against key metrics and make recommendations for improvement
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis and scenario planning
  • Contribute to the month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes
  • Mentor and support junior analysts in financial analysis best practices
  • Stay informed on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that impact financial planning
