About The Position

The Senior FP&A Analyst acts as a strategic finance partner to the business, driving financial visibility and accountability across DISCO. This role goes beyond reporting numbers; it involves conducting deep analysis of initiatives, owning the consolidation of annual budgets, and providing the actionable insights leadership needs to allocate resources effectively and hit strategic targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance, accounting, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in advanced financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced-level Excel skills with the ability to build complex, scalable models and revenue forecasts from scratch.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities with high autonomy.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience creating materials for senior management audiences.
  • Authorization to Work in the U.S.: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. DISCO is not currently sponsoring visas, including, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, or EAD, and we are not accepting visa transfers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced business environment (i.e. SaaS, high-growth tech, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting / Advisory etc), supporting decision-making processes with financial insights.
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite, or data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning: Drive the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Collaborate with business units to validate assumptions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial models.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable insights that empower business leaders to make data-driven decisions. Prepare executive-level dashboards for senior management, highlighting performance against targets.
  • Go-to-Market Partnership: Partner with Sales and Marketing to analyze pipeline performance, and customer dynamics, refine revenue outlooks and optimize sales efficiency.
  • Business Partnership: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, collaborating to understand business drivers, risks, and opportunities, and supporting financial planning efforts.
  • Investor Relations: Maintain and evolve robust financial models to support Investor Relations activities, including earnings preparation, consensus management, and long-term guidance scenarios.
