About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic financial plans, managing Board and senior leadership communications, and providing comprehensive financial reporting. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
Expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the FP&A function, including:
Developing and implementing strategic financial plans
Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Providing variance analysis and financial commentary
Preparing Board decks and presentations
Communicating with senior leadership
Managing ad-hoc projects
Oversee the cost center reporting process.
Develop and maintain financial models.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data and insights into business operations.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in FP&A.
