The Role You'll Play Partner with cross-functional teams to model our annual plan, monitor key performance metrics, and drive in-year business performance Perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to uncover insights and shape strategic recommendations Build and refine business cases that help leadership make confident, data-informed decisions Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels Serve as a trusted advisor and go-to resource across the organization on FP&A matters Mentor team members and help elevate financial planning practices company-wide Support executive leadership with strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment; backgrounds from management consultancy or investment banking analyst programs are also a strong fit
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects, build trusted relationships, and influence stakeholders
  • Skilled at solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions that improve on the status quo
  • Self-managing and results-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Sharp attention to detail with excellent visual design and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity through analysis
